Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig Sept. 21 in 1983) is a famous American actor. Particularly, she played Shannon Rutherford from ABC's Lost TV show and Kim Mills for the Taken Trilogy. Originally from Worthington Ohio, she quit high school in order to relocate to Los Angeles with her mother after her parents divorce. In the midst of financial hardship, she got her first part as Rachel's Room's title character the web-based video series Rachel's Room in the year 2001. Her performance of Martha Moxley, a 15-year-old victim of murder in the T.V. film Murder In Greenwich in 2002 earned her an award nomination for the Young Artist Award. Grace Rutherford was the character Shannon Rutherford for Lost's first two seasons of 2004 and she shared the Screen Actors Guild Award (with other cast members) with her. Grace wanted to focus on film after starring opposite Tom Welling's character in The Fog, in 2005. The actress starred in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club in both 2007 and Taken (2008) with Liam Neeson. She reprised her role in Taken 2 (2012) and Taken 3 (2014).She played the main character Alice In Malice in Wonderland a modern version of Lewis Carroll's classic novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace returned to the character of Shannon in two episodes of Lost which included the finale of the series. The actress was featured in 2013's sixth season of Californication. She portrays Faith as a groupie, and also her muse to the stars that catches the attention of Hank Moody played by David Duchovny. Her next roles were in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind in 2002, as well as Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Gyllenhaal has received acclaim from critics for her leading performances in the romantic erotic comedy drama Secretary (2002) and the drama Sherrybaby (2006) both of which resulted in the Golden Globe Award nomination.
